PURPOSE: A hinge device using a flange type pipe spring is provided to reduce the number of components, to cut down the production cost and to heighten durability. CONSTITUTION: The hinge device comprises: a primary bracket provided with a shaft hole to fix a flange type spring(10); a flange type spring(10) interposed to the shaft hole of the primary bracket and fixed with at least one flange using a fixture; a shaft interposed through the flange type spring(10); and a secondary bracket fixed to one end of the shaft.
