ATMOSPHERIC PRESSURE PLASMA APPARATUS BY USING ELECTRODE STRUCTURE FOR GENERATING RADICAL SELF-FLOW

PURPOSE: An atmospheric pressure plasma apparatus by using an electrode structure for generating a radical self-flow is provided to simplify the plasma generation device by allowing the plasma to move outside for itself without installing an additional apparatus, thereby improving the efficiency thereof. CONSTITUTION: An atmospheric pressure plasma apparatus by using an electrode structure for generating a radical self-flow includes an electrode(1) for discharging in an open system and a power supplying block for supplying the power to the electrode(1). The electrode(1) is arranged with three electrodes in the structure of a triangle. The atmospheric pressure plasma apparatus is characterized in that the polarity of two electrodes among the three electrodes, forming the base line of the triangle, is different from that of the other electrode forming the apex.
