PURPOSE: A propeller driving device of a water traveling device is provided to travel with both hydraulic driving force under water and wind driving force out of water, to secure a direction switching function, and to freely travel on the water and the ground without separating and attaching the propeller driving device. CONSTITUTION: A propeller driving device(10) installed to the rear of various water traveling devices only for the water and for both the water and ground is composed of an operation bar(20) operated at left and right by operations of a handle(110) of the water traveling device and inclined downward at a constant angle; a propeller fixing bar(21) of a constant bending angle connected downward to the end of the operation bar; and a propeller(30) of a predetermined size attached to the rear of the end of the propeller fixing bar and a water current guiding member(40) mounted to the opposite side to the position at which the propeller is installed. |
