The invention relates to a display device comprising a stretched piece of fabric (6), at least two opposing sides thereof being provided with a lateral rod (8), and a mechanism for tensioning the fabric in relation to a fixed structure, said tensioning mechanism comprising several sections (10, 20, 30, 40) which co-operate with one another and with the fixed structure or the fabric (6). The invention is characterised in that it comprises several different short tensioning elements (9) which co-operate with one of the sections which is solidly connected to the fabric and one of the sections which is solidly connected to the fixed structure. Moreover, said tensioning elements (9) are distributed along the length of the fabric (6) in such a way as to enable the tensioning of the fabric (6) to be adapted to each of the locations thereof. |
