It is intended to provide a novel method of measuring collagen by which a trace amount of collagen in a microsample can be measured even in the case where a sample (for example, mouse urine) can be obtained only in a small amount. Namely, a method of measuring collagen by an immunological analysis with the use of an anticollagen antibody characterized in that a test sample is treated with a reducing agent.
