The invention relates to tumor-associated oligopeptides, which are recognized as a peptide antigen by CD8-positive cytotoxic T-lymphocytes (CTL) and which precipitate a CTL-induced lysis and/or apoptosis of tumor cells, in particular, cells of multiple myeloma. The oligopeptides comprise amino acid sequences that correspond to partial sequences of the human PRDI-BF1 protein. Each oligopeptide represents an epitope for CD8-positive CTL and is suited for inducing an immune response of CD8-positive CTL against multiple myeloma cells and other tumor cells, said immune response being limited (restricted) to the human leukocyte antigen of the molecular group MHC Class I , allelic variant A2 (short: A2).
