PURPOSE: A cooling fin alignment device for manufacturing a heat exchanger is provided to insert a cooling fin to a jig groove accurately without rounding the rod of a chute by modifying the lower part of the guide rail and by holding the lower part of the chute with a turning support unit. CONSTITUTION: A cooling fin alignment device comprises a vehicle body(120) having wheels(110); a guide rail(200) inclined on the vehicle body; a cooling fin supply chute(300) having a couple of rods(310) attached or detached from the guide rail to arrange cooling fins, a transfer weight(320) fitted to the middle of the rod with sliding longitudinally, a fixing unit(330) combining upper parts of the rods and a pin shaft(331) protruded from both ends of the fixing unit and fitted to a fitting groove(210); a cover(230) restricting displacement of the cooling fins by closing the lower part of the guide rail; and a turning support unit(500) having a support piece(520) holding and turning around a hinge support(510) in the guide rail. Both sides of the guide rail are placed below the top of a jig(400), and the height of the cover is adjusted by turning. |
