A system for culturing seedling comprising at least one air conditioner (7) installed in a perfectly light shielding enclosed structure (1) surrounded b y a thermal insulation wall face in order to control the temperature and humidity of air in the enclosed structure, and at least one box type culturi ng module (3) having front face opening to the inner space of the enclosed structure, wherein a plurality of seedling culturing shelves (12) are arrang ed vertically in multistage in the culturing module to form a seedling culturin g space between the upper and lower seedling culturing shelves, a plurality of cell trays (40) for placing plant growing medium are mounted on each seedlin g culturing shelf, and units (30, 30~) for irrigating water from the bottom fa ce of the cell tray are provided, an artificial illuminator (13) for irradiatin g the lower cell trays with light is provided on the rear surface of each seedling culturing shelf, and at least one air fan (15) is fixed to the back face wall (3b) of each seedling culturing shelf of the culturing module. A circulation flow of temperature controlled and humidity controlled air can b e generated effectively in the enclosed structure by sucking air temperature controlled and humidity controlled by the air conditioner from the open fron t face of the culturing module and supplying it to the rear of the back face wall. |
