PURPOSE: A method for manufacturing wheat flour and powder food products containing selenium using grain flours, fruits and vegetables, edible roots or the like. The food products have enhanced therapeutic effects and prophylactic effects on disease without toxicity to a human body. CONSTITUTION: A specified amount of selenium is supplied to agricultural crops including dropwort, kale, Angelica archangelica, lettuce, strawberry or the like during the cultivation, the harvested crops containing selenium are ground or extracted to give powders or green juices containing selenium, the powders or green juices are used to make a food product containing selenium. Wheat flour or rice flour containing selenium is used to make power food products such as jajangmyun, noodles, knife noodles, ramyun, dumplings(mandu), a clear soup with wheat flakes in it(sujaebi), bread, rice cake or the like. |
