PURPOSE: A wire/wireless interworking module for evolving a virtual character through short messages is provided to evolve a virtual character in simple communication activity to send and receive short messages using a wire/wireless client and to manage it through a web page. CONSTITUTION: A transmitting-side subscriber terminal, such as a mobile client(100), a PC terminal(200), transmits a short message to a service server(400) through the Internet or a web server(500). The service server(400) transmits the short message to a receiving-side mobile client(900) through an SMS server(600). Then the service server(400) analyzes the received short message and updates a growth result of the subscriber's character in a character information database(700). In case that the growth result corresponds to an appointed evolution rule, the service server(400) fetches the evolved character from a character image database(800) and transmits the growth result and image to the transmitting-side subscriber terminal. |
