PURPOSE: A circuit and a method are provided to allow the voltage control module to have a wide variety of output values through the external application of the voltage control module. CONSTITUTION: A circuit comprises an input filtering unit(20) for removing a high frequency noise component from the signal input through an input unit(10); an OCP protection unit(30) for supplying a current within the allowed range with respect to the signal filtered by the input filtering unit; a PWM control unit(40) for maintaining an output voltage constant by comparing the output voltage of the OCP protection unit and a reference voltage; an output filtering unit(50) for removing an output side noise component from the signal which is PWM controlled by the PWM control unit; and a feedback control unit(60) for receiving the signal filtered by the output filtering unit, and performing a feedback control on the PWM control unit so as to vary an output voltage.
