<p>The assembly has a visor (32) including a concave surface and an opposed convex surface and is located outside a field of view of an operator. A head-mounted head tracking sensor (22) determines a position of the head to track the head movement, where each head position is associated with the eye position. A processing unit determines the gaze of the operator based on each head position and the associated eye position. Independent claims are also included for the following: (a) a visual display system including a system for tracking a gaze of an operator with a head-mounted eye tracking assembly (b) a method of calibrating a gaze tracking system.</p> |
