PURPOSE: A flying vehicle is provided to safely take off and land by rotating air by mounting horizontal and vertical propellers to a round-shape vehicle, to smoothly fly by rotating the air, and to fly to any places by fast and safe flying techniques. CONSTITUTION: A flying vehicle for keeping the vehicle horizontal in taking off and landing by rotating exhaust air keeps the round-shape vehicle in a horizontal state by the rotation of air, curves by controlling vertical and horizontal propellers(5,6), flies downward in a zigzag form by separately controlling two of four suction ports in a strength and weakness method, and rotates the exhaust air even in landing. The flying vehicle keeps balance and doesn't rotate a vehicle body with the vertical propeller and a vertical rotation propeller.
