The heating element (1,1') has a rigid and flat heating surface, and comprises a fastening mechanism (4,4',5,5') for detachable fixing of the heating element to the wall (10') of the cooking container. The fastening mechanism is arranged at the center of the heating element and consists of two bore holes (4,5), a threaded bolt (4') and a nut (5'). The heating surface (2) can be circular, triangular, square, preferably hexagonal. The heating (3) is in working connection with the heating surface with good heat conduction and/or heat accumulator. |
