PURPOSE: A method for offering a total service using AD(ADvertisement) matters including a lotto number is provided to maximize AD effect by presenting the AD matters continuously drawn on every week for one year and provided from businessmen of all business categories to a customer. CONSTITUTION: The AD matters printing an AD column, a serial number column, a lotto number column, and an instant lotto column to a front are made. A holder of the AD matter inputs the serial number of the AD matter to an Internet web site after inputting member confirmation and a password(S105). As inputting the serial number, all or a part of a lotto function, a discount coupon function, a money-vision card issuing function, a premium drawing function, and a special sale function are drawn(S101-S111). A drawing result is confirmed/received through on/off-line(S112).
