A switching center management system represents the different switching event originated from different switching centers as data in uniform format. The occurrence of switching events are counted, and processed. The network elements are adapted, based on comparison of processed data with threshold level. Independent claims are also included for the following: (1) telecommunication network; (2) switching events monitoring tool; (3) switching event monitoring method; and (4) network quality improving method.
