PURPOSE: A power supply using a solar cell and a fabricating method thereof are provided to stabilize the power by installing a solar cell array unit within a rear case of a cellular phone battery. CONSTITUTION: A power supply using a solar cell includes a solar cell array unit(1) and a power stabilization unit(2,3,4). The solar cell array unit(1) is installed within a portable terminal. The solar cell array unit(1) is formed with unit cells including a plurality of solar cells in order to convert the light energy to the electric energy. The power stabilization unit(2,3,4) controls the solar cell array unit(1) to form the voltage and the current corresponding to a reference voltage range and a reference current range within a charging battery. The solar cell array unit(1) is coupled to the power stabilization unit by using a clip type coupling member.
