FIELD: semiconductor devices, specifically, means for manufacture of photoelectric converters of solar energy. SUBSTANCE: technical result of invention lies in formation of protective coat to seal rear side of photoelectric module showing simple design, high adhesion to polymer material utilized for lamination of photoelectric modules, prolonged service life, low moisture permeability, sufficient mechanical strength securing high resistance to peeling in structures of photoelectric modules. Protective coat comprises layer of synthetic material coming in the form of synthetic paper 70-200 microns thick put on polyehtyleneterephtalate ( lavsan ) base with glaze outer surface and coat 5 to 30 microns thick put on its surface to ensure high adhesion of protective coat to polymer materials, for instance, on base of copolymer of ethylene with vinylacetate.
