SUBSTANCE: microwave phase shifter that incorporates waveguide and dielectric insert arranged lengthwise of the latter for movement across waveguide has at least one matching unit disposed near each opposite end of dielectric insert, each of them being mounted for moving across waveguide irrespective of dielectric insert and matching unit position on other end of dielectric insert.
