The drain of the field-effect transistor is connected to the load, the movable contact of the switch sealed-contact reed relay is connected to the reservoir capacitor, and the fixed contacts of the switch sealed-contact reed relay are connected to the drain and gate of the field-effect transistor. The base of the protective transistor is connected to the drain of the field-effect transistor and the collector - to the gate of the field-effect transistor. The thermistor is connected to the gate of the field effect transistor. One stabilizer in parallel with the reservoir capacitor, and the other to the drain of the field-effect transistor by one end, and to the gate via a diode by the other end. The reservoir capacitor is connected to the drain or gate of the field-effect transistor depending on the position of the permanent magnet. ^ EFFECT: reduced voltage dropping in the circuit in the switched-on state, reduced level of the electromagnetic interferences in operation with an inductive load, realized protection of the load against overheat, absence of open loaded electric contacts. ^ 1 dwg |
