New drug combinations containing a norepinephrine reuptake inhibitor and an antimuscarinic agent for treating nervous system disorders

A composition comprising: (a) a pharmaceutically effective amount of one or more norepinephrine reuptake inhibitors or a pharmaceutically effective salt thereof; and (b) a pharmaceutically effective amount of one or more antimuscarinic agents or a pharmaceutically effective salt thereof is disclosed. This composition is useful in treating disorders or diseases of the central nervous system, and particularly useful in treating incontinence.
