PURPOSE: A testing device for electronic component plate is provided to effectively test electronic components such as memory module which is necessary as the last process of manufacturing a memory. CONSTITUTION: A testing device for electronic components includes the following steps. Two sets of tray receivers(212, 214), an elevator(206), a set plate(210) are stored at a storage unit(200). A socket for testing(50) and a board pusher(76) is set on the estimator(102). A memory module(10) which is to be tested is set on the tray for testing(20). A memory module(10) is inserted into the estimator(102) in order to be tested. The device enables users to effectively test electronic components even when maintaining a plural number of other electronic components on the tray for testing which will eventually minimize the size of devices. |
