Flexible textile heating mats (5) are releasably fitted into the segment (1-3) frames (4) and composed of a textile structure with sleeves (6) worked into this to form channels for heating or cooling medium. The mats in the lower part of the segment are clamped to a guide frame and the sleeves are variably sized and connected at their ends to a temperature control for the heating or cooling medium. The mats are smaller than the area enclosed by the frame (4) and can vary in size between the respective segments. The segments can vary in shape and size for partition service and can be combined despite their size difference.
