PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To smoothly arrange fiber bundles constituting a laminated fiber group in the production of a long three-dimensional fiber structure longer than 10 meters by a lamination method. SOLUTION: Fiber bundles R are arranged in a folded manner between pins positioned on a frame 15 of the fiber bundle arranging apparatus 11 at a prescribed pitch. The arranging apparatus 11 is moved relative to the frame 15 in 4 axes (X, Y, Z andθdirections) in controlled state and is provided with a fiber bundle arranging head 31 having a plurality of guide pipes to supply the fiber bundles R. The fiber bundle arranging apparatus 11 is provided with a fiber bundle supplying part 14 to supply the fiber bundles R from the 1st longitudinal end of the frame 15 to the fiber bundle arranging head 31. A plurality of fiber bundle guide 42 for guiding the fiber bundles R supplied from the fiber bundle supplying part 14 to the fiber bundle arranging head 31 are placed between the fiber bundle supplying part 14 and the fiber bundle arranging head 31 in a manner to enable the change of the mutual distance in the longitudinal direction of the frame 15 according to the motion of the fiber bundle arranging head 31.
