PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To conduct smooth steering during a short turn in a steering operation structure for a working machine, which is constituted so as to drive a right and a left crawler traveling devices by a hydraulic type of continuously variable transmission capable of continuously shifting forward/backward movement and give speed differences to the right and left crawler traveling devices to steer a machine by operating one continuously-variable transmission in the decelerating direction by right and left operation with a single steering operation device. SOLUTION: This steering operation structure for the working machine includes an operation-linking switching means for switching a manual steering state which operates a speed change operating portion of the continuously variable transmission by an operating effort of the steering operation device 66 and a driving steering state which operates the speed change operating part by a driving force of an actuator 90.
