<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a coaching class provision service system dispensing with a labor for collecting fees and managing members and providing a stable income. <P>SOLUTION: The member 3 possesses a membership card 31 storing identification information and an instructor 2 possesses a portable terminal 21 having a function of reading the identification information of the membership card 31 and transmitting it to a relay server 41 via a public radio link 6 along with identification information of a class to be provided and identification information of the instructor.
