PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rooftop greening system designed so as to easily change the layout or the arrangement of rooftop greening. SOLUTION: The rooftop greening system is structured as follows: a greening base 10 and a potted plant 40 are set on a waterproof layer 4 arranged on a rooftop slab 2 for the rooftop part 1 of a building. The greening base 10 and the potted plant 40 are fixed on the waterproof layer 4 via blocks 30 set thereon. Each of the blocks 30 is fixed on a waterproof sheet 5 via a sheet member 32 fused thereto. In changing the layout or the arrangement, the greening base 10 and the potted plant 40 are removed from the waterproof sheet 5, and the sheet member 32 is cut to separate the blocks 30 from the waterproof sheet 5.
