PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a steering device varying angles of wheel in relation to a steering wheel capable of variably outputting input rotation and applying torque to an input shaft or an output shaft. SOLUTION: This device is provided with a planetary gear supported by a sun gear (c) connected to either of an input shaft or an output shaft and a carrier (b) engaged with either of another shaft or a control pair and meshing with the sun gear (c) and a ring gear (a), and a planetary gear composed of the ring gear (a) meshing with another. In the planetary gear, a space formed by a double pinion gear group in which a pinion gear (b1) meshes with the sun gear (c) and a pinion gear (b2) and the pinion gear (b2) meshes with the pinion gear (b1) and the ring gear (a), adjoin double pinion gear groups (b1, b2), the sun gear and the ring gear (a) is divided to a primary pressure chamber (a1) outside in a radial direction and a secondary pressure chamber (c1) inside in the radial direction by a partition wall (b3) extending on a virtual line passing on a rotational center of the pinion gear in a circumference direction.
