PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lift of a mechanical parking device having the same simple structure on a tray circulating way and even with out of the tray circulating way, setting the lift at low cost and quickly and smoothly carrying out an entering and leaving the vehicle parking lot operation of the whole parking device. SOLUTION: The tray circulating way 200 is discontinued on the tray circulating way 200 in each storing floor layer to set the lift 3A. The lift 3A includes a rising and falling frame 31 for raising and lowering an elevator shaft 30 and a communication frame 33 separably set on the rising and falling frame 31 and communicating with a discontinued section on the tray circulating way 200 of each storing floor layer.
