PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an information evaluation value data collector for accurately collecting evaluation value data for measuring the degree of efficacy and utilization of information when the information is searched for and referred to by a user on a web page. SOLUTION: When the user accesses the information evaluation value data collector 1 from a browser of a PC 3, an information search part 12 transmits a search picture plane to the PC 3. When the user inputs thereinto search conditions, the search part 12 searches for information in an information database 15. When information is found agreeing with the search conditions, an information list display part 13 displays the result of the search as a list on a screen. When the user selects information from the list, an information content display part 14 displays detailed contents of the information selected from what is obtained by searching the database 15. When the user depresses a button for a next process in any of columns expressing "useful" or "unuseful" on the information, an evaluation value on which the button is depressed is registered in an evaluation value database 17 by an evaluation value collection part 16, and transition to a next process takes place.
