PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a one-pack type moisture-curable composition having a low viscosity, becoming a rubbery elastic material having a low modulus and a large elongation by moisture curing, easy to be produced, having a good workability, especially exhibiting a good weather resistance and excellent in adhering property, etc., and a sealing material composition. SOLUTION: This curable composition containing an isocyanate group-containing urethane-modified polyacrylic and/or methacrylic resin, and the sealing material composition are provided. The isocyanate group-containing urethane-modified polyacrylic and/or methacrylic resin is obtained by performing the reaction of a polyacrylic and/or methacrylic polyol with an organic monoisocyanate and an organic polyisocyanate.
