The rough structure comprises several hollow profiles (3,4,5) making up a closed hollow profile area with a passage opening which weakens the strength thereof but is reinforced by reinforcement shells (8) which in the installed state spans the opening (6) and is fixed on the opening edge (7) thereof. The passage opening is close to a joint (2) where several hollow profiles are connected together. The reinforcement can be connected by adhesive.
