PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a construction machinery of low noise for effectively cooling an engine. SOLUTION: In the construction machinery in which an engine guard 1 having a bonnet 3 and a side cover 2 is provided, and a cooling fan 6a for cooling an engine 6 and a radiator is accommodated in an engine room 5 formed within the engine guard 1, a straight exhaust duct 10 to exhaust the air cooling the engine 6 in the horizontal direction is provided behind and above the engine 6 in the engine room 5, and sound absorbing materials 11, 12, 13 and 14 are attached to an inner wall of the exhaust duct 10.
