PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make an ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer film have a fouling preventive function and embossing processability. SOLUTION: A coextruded multilayer film for heat-adhesion has a composition (A) layer containing an ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer (A1) 20-65 mole % in ethylene content and at least 85% in degree of saponification and a composition (B) layer comprising a thermoplastic resin (B2). The composition (B) layer contains ultra-high density polyethylene, an ethylene-vinyl ester copolymer, a saponified ethylene-vinyl ester copolymer, an ethylene-(meth)acrylate copolymer, an ethylene-(meth)acrylic acid copolymer, a polyester having melting point of 200°C or below and glass transition temperature of 70°C or below, at least one thermoplastic resin (131) selected from the group consisting of thermoplastic polyurethanes, and at least one functional group selected from the group consisting of a boronic acid group and a boron-containing group which can be converted into the boronic acid group.
