REACTION APPARATUS AND COMPOUND PRODUCING METHOD

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To set the concentration of water in a reactor to a predetermined value or less without increasing energy consumption even in the case of a high reaction temperature. SOLUTION: The mixed vapor discharged from the reactor 1 is separated into first permeated vapor based on water and first non-permeated vapor based on DME and methanol by the first separation membrane 4a of a first separator 4. The obtained first permeated vapor is separated into second permeated vapor based on water and second non-permeated vapor based on DME and methanol by the second separation membrane 6a of a second separator 6 and water is recovered from the second permeated vapor. Further, the first and second non-permeated vapors are introduced into a DME separator 11 to be subjected to gas-liquid separation and the obtained DME is recovered while obtained methanol is refluxed to the reactor 1.
