PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To alleviate the application of load on variable resistors and to improve the assemblability. SOLUTION: A handle ring 2 is secured in a turning-operable manner between a handle base 1 and a handle cover 3 while a main gear 6 installed on the handle ring 2 is meshed together with a sub-gear 8 installed on an input shaft 91 of a variable resistor 9 for changing the speed of launching the game ball installed on the handle base 1. Shafts 61 and 62 are protrusively installed to both sides of the center of the main gear 6, respectively, and while supporting one of the shafts 61 by a bearing part 32 formed on the handle cover 3, the other shaft 62 is supported by a bearing body 7 installed on a bearing part 5 of the handle base 1.
