PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a microoptical element which does not degrade lens condensing characteristics, such as optical deterioration and shape change, in a processing for manufacturing the same, even when a high-temperature process is interposed in the processing for manufacturing the microoptical element, which has high reliability and which can widen the selection flexibility of a glass material being the component member of the element even when the intrusion of alkaline metals in ensuing processes is disliked, and a display device, imager and imaging apparatus having the microoptical element.
SOLUTION: The microoptical element is formed by glass molding with a microlens array 30 of a concave shape on the surface of a glass substrate 1 at a softening point Tg1 and is formed with a microlens array of a convex shape of second glass of a softening point lower than the Tg1 on the surface formed with the microlens array of the concave shape. In addition, the surface thereof is planarized.
COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO |
