PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fixture for a sheetlike material, which has no fear of an effect on the sheetlike material regardless of the material of the sheetlike material to be used and fixes the sheetlike material to a strut by a simple operation. SOLUTION: The fixture 3 for the sheetlike material is made so as to fix the sheetlike material to the strut. The fixture 3 is equipped with a first stationary member 1 composed of a cylindrical member having an opening part extended along the axial direction from one end face 11a to the other end face 11b and a second member 2 to which a pair of nipping members 21 for nipping the strut through the sheetlike material are connected through a hinge 22. The second stationary member 2 is fitted in a bent state or a bendable state at the hinge part 22 to the first stationary member 1. COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO
