PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve an electric power balance in a vehicle, and to save a cost as compared with a conventional one. SOLUTION: A boosting module 12 for charging a battery 8 by boosting voltage induced between terminals of a motor 3 by receiving traveling wind and rotating a cooling fan 2, is added. While the motor 3 is not driven, a regenerating control portion 13a of an engine ECU 13 outputs a PWM signal S7 to a gate of an MOSFET10 during high speed traveling not less than 80km/h and when the battery 8 is not in a full charge state. A frequency fPWM of the PWM signal S7 is made to be not less than 10kHz, and a duty cycle is made to be generally 80%. COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO
