PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a labeler which can correctly stick a label to the lower surface of an article even if the label warps. SOLUTION: The labeler for sticking the label b supplied from a label supply part 2 provided on a lower part of an article conveyance means 1 to the lower surface of the article a carried through an aperture 3 opened on the conveyance means is equipped on the aperture 3 with a label adhesion regulating means 5 for regulating the contact and adhesion of an adhesive surface b' of the label b supplied from the supply part 2 with the article conveyance means 1.
