PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To guarantee the cooling of a control module and a battery even in a static state of a vehicle. SOLUTION: An assembly comprises a housing 10 for a battery 16 and a control module 18, and the housing has air inlet ports 20 and 20', and an air outlet port 22. The air outlet port 22 is arranged so as to be connected to an inlet system of the engine of a car. Incidentally, the housing (10) has a separate battery housing (12), and in addition the housing (10) has a separate control module housing (14). The air inlet port (20) sucks the air from near the windshield of the car, and further the air inlet port (20) sucks the air from an air conditioning system. COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO
