PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To eliminate a risk that a passerby collides with a hanger, and the like, while a lift for care is not used. SOLUTION: A trolley 11 is provided movably between a pair of rails 8, 8 arranged side by side in a horizontal direction. A wire 16 whose one end is fixed and the other end of which is guided by a winding means 19 is suspended from a space between a pair of pulleys 14, and the hanger 22 is suspended by the suspended wire 16 via a running block 21.
