<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a composition for improving arthritis which is safely useable by formulating the composition into a food product or feed. <P>SOLUTION: This composition for improving inflammatory diseases comprises a mixed bacterial cell and/or culture supernatant obtained from a mixed cultured product of three to eight kinds of lactic acid bacteria selected from the group consisting of Lactobacillus delbruckii, Lactobacillus acidophillus, Lactobacillus plantarum, Lactobacillus fermentum, Lactobacillus casei, Lactobacillus rhamnosus, Lactococcus lactis and Streptococcus thermophilus with Saccharomyces cerevisiae. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO |
