PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce assembling cost and to shorten assembling time by decreasing the number of components of the ink supply passage in an inkjet head without sacrifice of conventional functions thereby saving the labor and time required for the assembling work. SOLUTION: The inkjet head comprises an inkjet head chip having ink ejection openings, a manifold mounted on the side face of the inkjet head chip and supplying ink thereto, and a frame member containing the inkjet head chip and the manifold such that the ejection openings of the inkjet head chip are exposed outward. The frame member is integrally provided with a channel connector being connected with an external ink channel for introducing ink from the outside, and an internal ink channel for introducing ink supplied from the external ink channel through the channel connector to the manifold.
