PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a processing method of a connection terminal of a flexible board with formation of gaps restrained. SOLUTION: After a circuit (2) is formed on the surface of a base film (1), a part of the base film is removed to form a first window part (1a) and a circuit exposure part (2A) with a terminal circuit exposed, and at the same time, a part of a cover-lay film (3) is removed to form a second window part (3a) and a third window part (3b), for which to be arranged in places corresponding to two flections at the time of bending the circuit exposure part (2A), the cover-lay film (3) is coated from on top of the base film (1) with the circuit (2) formed on the surface, and further, a flexible cushion material (4) is arranged on the side of the cover-lay film, and at the same time, a hard base material (5) is arranged on the side of the base film parts, so that the circuit exposure part (2A) is made incurvated by pinching and hot-pressing the connection terminal (10A) of the flexible board with these base materials.
