PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a packing device which can prevent a product from getting flawed when unpacking the packing device. SOLUTION: The packing device for a cooker accepts a cooker body 1 and an accessory (lid) 4 via cushioning media 5 and 6 in a packing box 7 and closes the opening of the box 7 by respective pairs of inner flaps and outer flaps 9. A free end of one of the outer flaps 9 is formed with an overlap piece 10 to overlap with the other outer flap 9, and the overlap piece 10 is brought into contact with a part of the cooker body 1 or the accessory (lid) 4 exposed on the upper surface of the cushioning media 5 and 6.
