<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reproduce notice broadcast in loud sound, when emergency, even though the reproduction sound volume for the notice broadcast is turned down. <P>SOLUTION: This invention is provided with a control unit 41 which, when the emergency notice broadcast is sent, turns up the reproduced sound volume from a speaker 5 to a predetermined level set for emergency broadcast. When the control unit 41 receives emergency information 14a added to data in the notice broadcast 14, the control unit 41 controls an electronic volume 7 to be the preset reproduction volume so that the notice broadcast 14 can be reproduced at an amplified volume.
