<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vibration control member etc. for a ground coil, which can enhance vibration control performance by complete close adhesion without reference to a gap error etc. <P>SOLUTION: The vibration control member 1 is equipped with a bag body 11 with a pentagonal outer shape, and a tubular part 13 for an inlet and a tubular part 15 for an outlet, which are connected to the bag body 11. The member 1 is arranged between a propulsion coil 30a and a levitation coil 40 in the state of being unfilled with a resin 20. The resin 20 is infilled from the inlet 14, and the infilling of the resin rein 20 is stopped when the resin 20 spills over the outlet 16. A mouth of a bag is substantially closed with the resin 20 itself by having resistance increased due to the start of the flow resistance and initial set of the resin 20, because the resin 20 has cold setting properties. Since partsα,βandγ, which are indicated with, do not face the downside part of a conductor part 40a of the levitation coil 40 though facing the downside part of the propulsion coil (front side) 30a, the bag body 11, which is filled with the resin 20, swells in the partsα,βandγ. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO</p> |
