<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a blood collecting system wherein information for identifying collected blood is written in an IC tag in order to prevent the accident of mix-up in patients or blood. <P>SOLUTION: The system includes: a blood collecting tube 2; its outer cylinder 20; and a tag writing apparatus 30. The system collects blood by inserting blood collecting cylinder 2 to the blood collecting tube insertion part 22 of the blood tube outer cylinder 20, and putting the end part of a syringe needle 26 at the inner part of the blood collecting tube insertion part 22, which is arranged in the syringe needle arranging part 24 of the outer cylinder 20, through the lid part 6 of the blood collecting tube 6. When blood is collected, the tag writing apparatus 30 transmits data for an inspection center ID to the IC tag via an antenna 28.
