<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a single end type radiant tube burner for a heating furnace with heat efficiency higher than a conventional one, and especially heighten an entire effective radiant heating efficiency of a burner by reducing loss heat of exhaust gas from a flue exhaust port of the burner. <P>SOLUTION: A flue exhaust port extends upwardly in an upright manner, and an inlet of combustion air extends upwardly in an upright manner to surround the flue exhaust port extending in an upright manner from the outside, so as to heighten heat exchange exhaust gas passing through the flue exhaust port to the combustion air.
